Download completed lab and radiology reports.

Enter the patient-facing order ID given during sample collection or order creation. For this first version, the portal password is the same value as the order ID.

How to use it

Select the department, enter the order ID, repeat that same value in the password box, and then open or download the report PDF.

Availability

Only completed reports are available here. If the result is still pending, the portal will not show a download.
